MEP Supervisor Requirements

Applicants should have relevant qualifications and practical experience in facilities management operations. Candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to attend:

• Relevant FM certification, ITI qualification, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management operations.
• Strong computer skills with practical experience preparing reports.
• Hands-on knowledge of CAFM systems and related facility management software.
• Experience managing FM services in residential and commercial towers.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and building maintenance procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Candidates currently on a visit or cancelled visa may receive preference.
