Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Executive (Quality Assurance)

We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Quality Assurance Department as an Executive. The role is responsible for demonstrating strong knowledge of garment specifications, evaluating garment construction, applying CTQs effectively, and driving continuous improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:
BSc TQM/ BBA or any other relevant degree. Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of garment specifications and technical descriptions.
• Proven ability to monitor and evaluate garment construction and physical quality standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of CTQs and SOPs to support continuous improvement in the garment manufacturing process.
• Proficient in using MS Office & Oracle.
• Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills & Risk Assessment Ability.
