• Student Guidance: Consultation on available course pathways, entry criteria, degree structures, and administrative enrolment requirements.

• Lead Conversion: Proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face consultations to convert inquiries into active registrations.

• Relationship Management: Nurturing long-term connections with applicants, addressing prospective student concerns, and providing persistent follow-up support.

• Admissions Administration: Precise logging of applicant data, updating records in the CRM database, and monitoring individual lead pipelines.
