Cloud Nine Human Resources Consultancy is hiring a Design Coordination Manager for façade projects across the UAE. This opportunity is suitable for experienced professionals with a strong technical understanding of façade systems, design coordination, and construction project requirements. The selected candidate will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of design-related issues.

The company is managing several façade projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, including high-rise towers, villas, townhouses, and commercial developments. Most projects are located in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

The Design Coordination Manager will independently manage façade design coordination for assigned projects, communicate with architects and consultants, arrange coordination meetings, and follow up on technical comments and outstanding actions.

Responsibilities also include coordinating façade interfaces with other contractors and disciplines, identifying potential design clashes, and acting as the main communication link between external stakeholders and the in-house design team. The candidate will monitor design-related matters that may affect project schedules, costs, or commercial outcomes and coordinate BIM-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of façade design experience, including independent design coordination.
• Experience with office and residential building projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good technical knowledge of façade systems and design processes.
• Commercial awareness and working knowledge of BIM software.

Important: This is a coordination-focused role; independent façade design production is not required.
