Dewan Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Bahawalpur region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth across the territory
• Manage and develop distributor networks to ensure effective market coverage
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in the market
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitor activity
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in a similar role)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of the Bahawalpur market

Own conveyance preferred
