DRG / Medical Coding Specialist Requirements

Candidates applying for this position should have at least 2 years of professional experience in Healthcare RCM and Medical Coding. Applicants should demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant medical coding systems and healthcare revenue cycle processes.

The preferred candidate should have knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:

• IR-DRG and MS-DRG
• ICD-10 coding
• CPT coding
• DRG severity analysis
• Case Mix Index (CMI) analysis
• Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
• Query Management
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

Education & Professional Certification
