Available Position

E-Business Intern (6-Month Internship)

This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple digital business functions, allowing interns to contribute to ongoing projects while developing practical skills in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

During the internship, you will:

• Support daily operations across CHANEL’s e-commerce and e-retail platforms.
• Coordinate with customer care, warehouse, boutiques, IT, and business teams.
• Assist with digital content updates and product merchandising.
• Review product pages, digital assets, and online content before publication.
• Monitor stock availability and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Track website performance and operational KPIs.
• Assist with omnichannel projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
