Position 1: Machinery Supervisor

Location: Daharki

Job Description:
Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Machinery Supervisor to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical rotating equipment at the plant site. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and overhauls of rotating machinery to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance, breakdowns, and shutdown activities

• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with maintenance standards

• Lead technicians and contractors during routine and emergency operations

• Minimize downtime and ensure high-quality execution

• Monitor equipment performance and reliability

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical)

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance

• Strong hands-on experience with rotating equipment

• Proven supervisory and safety management skills

Position 2: Deputy Manager – Workplace Services

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Description:
Engro Corporation is seeking a Deputy Manager Workplace Services to lead administrative, workplace, and facilities operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth service delivery, governance, and effective management of corporate facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workplace, administrative, and facilities services

• Oversee vendor management and service compliance

• Handle corporate services, travel, and recreational facilities

• Drive process standardization and digital transformation

• Ensure governance, SOPs, and budgetary controls

• Supervise team members and coordinate with stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field

• Master’s degree preferred

• 5–6 years of experience in corporate services or facilities management

• Strong knowledge of SOPs, governance, and vendor management
