Imdaad is currently hiring an Executive – Employee Relations to join its Human Capital team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience in employee relations, workforce support, and HR operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations activities, addressing workforce concerns, coordinating employee welfare programs, and supporting grievance and disciplinary procedures. The role also includes handling medical insurance administration, Group Personal Accident (GPA) policies, Workmen’s Compensation claims, Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) processes, and maintaining confidential employee records. Close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers will be essential to ensure efficient HR support and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant experience in employee relations, insurance administration, or HR operations. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information professionally are important requirements for this position.
