Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing international sales activities and developing strong relationships with distributors and retail partners. Main duties include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with international fragrance distributors and retail customers.
• Manage export orders, quotations, shipping schedules, and required documentation.
• Prepare pricing proposals based on product costs, freight charges, and target profit margins.
• Analyze landed costs and promotional expenses before finalizing commercial offers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor international sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to increase export sales and expand business across international markets.
• Support distributor negotiations and maintain commercially beneficial agreements.

Requirements & Qualifications
