• Experience: 10-12 Years of experience in leading and managing engineering, utilities, maintenance, and capital projects at the dairy plant.
• Objective: Ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while supporting production and business goals.
• Education: BSc Hons Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Plant Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities to ensure operations remain safe and efficient

   

• Ensure utilities and assets are reliable through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance

   

• Manage Engineering and Utilities OPEX/CAPEX and complete capital projects plans from inception to completion

   

• Implement continuous improvement, energy efficiency, root cause analysis (RCA) and new technologies

   

• EHS and legal compliance ensure leading high-performing teams and setting clear KPIs
