Key Responsibilities

The Finance Controller will oversee financial operations across the UAE and KSA, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, and performance analysis. The role also involves strengthening internal controls, managing working capital, coordinating external audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial and healthcare regulations.

The successful candidate will provide financial insights to senior management, support strategic decisions, and lead the finance team while collaborating with Operations, HR, and Procurement departments.

Requirements and Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.

Candidates must have extensive finance experience, including managerial leadership, with healthcare experience in hospitals or clinics strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE financial regulations, DOH requirements, KSA regulations, budgeting, and internal controls is required.
