Fit-out Site Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Estimated Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 per month

This position is ideal for experienced professionals who can successfully manage interior fit-out execution while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fit-out Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage daily site execution of interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Perform quantity take-offs and material estimations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and contract requirements.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Applied Arts with specialization in Interior Design & Furniture.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE interior fit-out site execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes.
• Experience preparing BOQs and quantity surveying documentation.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
