Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will enter, edit, update, and maintain GIS spatial and attribute data. Duties include digitizing maps, drawings, and survey information, checking data accuracy, performing GIS QA/QC, and preparing basic cartographic outputs.

The role also involves organizing GIS databases and files while supporting surveying and engineering projects. The selected candidate will coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and other GIS professionals to ensure spatial information remains accurate and up to date.

Requirements and Skills

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field and preferably have 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, or QGIS, coordinate systems, spatial data management, and GIS quality control is required. AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are also important.
