About the Role

As a Guest/Sales Associate cum Photographer, you will interact with guests, take high-quality photographs, promote photography products, and help customers select and purchase their favorite memories. Along with photography, the position involves sales and customer service responsibilities, making communication and a positive attitude important.

The selected candidate will work with DSLR cameras, kiosks, POS systems, and digital photography tools. Training will be provided for candidates who need additional support with the required systems.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Capture high-quality and memorable photographs.
• Promote and sell photo packages, digital images, and souvenir products.
• Help guests view, select, and purchase their photographs.
• Work toward daily sales, conversion, and performance targets.
• Operate DSLR cameras, POS systems, kiosks, and digital photography equipment.
• Keep photography and retail areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Follow company standards for customer service, safety, quality, and operations.
• Support colleagues during busy periods, weekends, public holidays, and special events.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, attractions, theme parks, sales, photography, or customer service are preferred. A genuine interest in photography, sales, technology, and guest service is important.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, positive, sales-driven, and comfortable communicating with guests from different backgrounds. Previous DSLR or POS experience will be an advantage, although training will be provided.

Applicants must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates should also be willing to work in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi depending on business requirements.
