Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for Logistics Support Officer for its Logistics Department based at Shikarpur.

The position is responsible to ensure safe and secure Logistics operations, tank lorry daily checking, vehicle journey management, product filling and receipt operations, maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Ensuring uninterrupted supply.
•  Ensuring availability of fleet as per requirements.
•  Equitable distribution of loads among cargo contractors.
•  Managing vendor journey.
•  Daily checking of safety and ETA/ATA of tank lorries.
•  Preparing and submitting management reports in a timely manner.
•  Ensuring product filling and receipt operations.
•  Liaising with internal and external agencies, HSE, security, administration and other departments.

EDUCATION: B.E in Mechanical or Equivalent/ BBA

LOCATION: Shikarpur

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an OMC.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Understanding of terminal operations, loading and unloading tank trucks, and pipeline operations.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
