Position: District Manager – Antibiotics

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve sales targets within given time

   

• Implement marketing strategy in the field

   

• Build strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in various therapeutic areas

   

• Improve product knowledge and sales skills of your team

   

• Coordinate with distributors and key account managers

   

• Monitor and ensure team’s sales KPIs are met

   

• Prepare regular reports on market and competitor insights

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in Pharma Sales
• Train & Develop employee and manage team retention
• Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
