Alghurair CEW is inviting applications for the position of HR & Administrative Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an HR & Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting daily human resources activities, coordinating office administration, and ensuring smooth workforce operations. The position involves handling employment visas, employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting with payroll and Wage Protection System (WPS) processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience. A strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, payroll procedures, visa processing, HR software, and Microsoft Office is essential. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join on short notice are encouraged to apply.
