Position: Chinese Speaking Business Development Manager
Location: Lahore

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated resource fluent in Chinese and also having some sales experience to support the Chinese management in growing our mobile phone product sales. The ideal candidate will manage a small sales team, develop and execute strategies to meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer experience in both Chinese- and English-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team** to achieve sales targets.
• Assisting in communication between **Chinese management and sales team**.
• Visiting the market with the Chinese team** and meeting distributors and retailers.
• Helping me with sales plans and promotions**.
• Building good relationships with **distributors and retailers**.
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts**.
• Resolving customer complaints and after-sales issues**.
• Coordinating with **Marketing and Logistics teams** to ensure products are available in the market on time.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience** in the mobile phone industry.
• Must be fluent in Chinese** (English is also preferred).
• Leadership, negotiation and relationship building skills**
•  Must be able to analyze** sales data and ** prepare reports**.
• Bachelor’s degree** in business, marketing, telecommunications or a related field (HSK-4 or HSK-5 preferred).
