Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will assist with reviewing tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project scope documents. Duties include preparing quantity take-offs for flooring, ceilings, partitions, wall finishes, doors, glazing, and joinery, as well as supporting cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender pricing.

Other responsibilities include obtaining supplier quotations, comparing offers, recording site measurements, checking drawing revisions, calculating variations, supporting progress valuations, and verifying subcontractor quantities. Candidates will also maintain project registers, track material usage and costs, coordinate with procurement and site teams, and organize commercial documentation for project reporting and closeout.

Requirements

Applicants should have a qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Interior fit-out exposure, architectural drawing interpretation, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD or quantity take-off software are desirable.
