Who are we looking for?
LLB and enrolled as an Advocate.
Minimum of 5-years of experience in a legal role within the banking or financial services industry.

1. Litigation & Legal Operations

• Legal Strategy: Handle the bank’s legal cases, be it recovery or staff issues, and work with the teams.
• Staff Cases: Manage staff cases (FIRs, court cases) and use legal means to recover the loans of former staff.
• Follow-up: Monitor laws and regulations, follow up on cases and try to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Lawyer Coordination: Handle cases, notices and complaints in collaboration with lawyers and provide sound legal advice.
• Risk and Compliance: Protect the bank from legal risk and help it comply with all laws.
• Records and Reporting: Maintain legal data and report to management.
• Teamwork: Work with internal teams and Bihar people to resolve issues quickly.
• Performance and costs: Manage law firms, check their performance, and control fees.

• Expertise in civil & criminal litigation and recovery practices

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  Strong capability in leading engagements and coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), including Police, FIA, and NAB.
  Preference will be given to candidates possessing hands-on experience in Banking and Civil Court matters.
