WE ARE HIRING EXECUTIVE (Performance Analyst)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or performance reporting.

Skills

• Strong command of MS Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand processes, not just numbers.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into a larger role.
• Good communication skills and structured thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating KPIs to achieve department and business goals

   

• Perform performance trends and monitor productivity, analyze costs and efficiency

   

• Calculate unit costs and assist in variance analysis

   

• Convert raw data into actionable insights

   

• Create dashboards and banana reports in MS Excel and Power BI

   

• Assist in developing departmental performance reports

   

• Maintain data accuracy and accurate records

   

• Work collaboratively with senior management and other teams
