Position: Area Sales Manager-HoReCa

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the HoReCa segment.
• Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing HoReCa customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
• Coordinate with distributors and ensure effective product availability in the market.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of sales experience, preferably in the HoReCa or FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of the HoReCa distribution network.
• Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the management.

• Proven experience as a Zonal Sales Manager or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of the markets.
