The ideal candidate will have more than eight years of experience in enterprise network administration and support, along with strong technical expertise in network security, cloud connectivity, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Network Management

• Design, implement, configure, monitor, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Support network environments across corporate offices, data centres, cloud platforms, and remote or offshore locations.
• Maintain reliable connectivity between corporate networks, cloud environments, data centres, and offshore sites.

Network Security and Troubleshooting

• Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, network access control (NAC), and network segmentation.
• Monitor network availability, capacity, utilization, security events, and SLA performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.

Cloud Networking and Infrastructure Projects

• Support Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud networking environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, network migrations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist with preparing technical specifications and evaluating or selecting vendors.
• Support Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• More than eight years of experience in enterprise network administration and support.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, firewalls, VPN technologies, cloud networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Practical experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and resolving complex connectivity and performance issues.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with relevant industry certifications will be preferred, including:

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP
• Fortinet NSE or equivalent Fortinet certifications
• Palo Alto Networks certifications
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate
• Other equivalent networking or security certifications
