Position: Senior Assistant Visual Merchandiser

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and sales performance.
• Plan and implement window and in-store displays, including mannequin styling and product placement, in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and quality of VM standards across South, North, and Central regions.
• Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and operations to deliver timely and effective campaign execution.
• Guide and train store and VM teams, analyze store performance, and introduce creative, trend-driven display solutions.

Qualification, Experience & Location:

• Fashion Graduate from a well-reputed institute
• Two to Three years of relevant experience in the fashion / retail industry, in Visual Merchandising
• South, North & Central (Multiple Regions)
