Key Responsibilities

As a Plant Operator, your duties will include:

• Operate and monitor plant equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine inspections to identify equipment faults and operational abnormalities.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and operating conditions.
• Prepare plant equipment for maintenance activities.
• Handle chemicals safely and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate machinery while complying with company safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and quality policies.
• Obtain work permits and monitor contractor activities on-site.
• Support emergency response activities as an Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer when required.
• Prepare operational reports and key performance indicator (KPI) checklists.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in plant operations within a large industrial facility.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.
• Strong understanding of plant equipment and operational procedures.
