Position: HR Associate (Female)

• Location: Korangi Industrial Area.
• About the Role: Seeking an experienced HR Associate with a background in large Manufacturing / FMCG to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with HR team on their plans.

   

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and employee issues of new hires.

   

• Listen to employee complaints and resolve them to make it a good workplace.

   

• Assist in performance checking, training needs (TNA) and training programs (T&D).

• Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor environment.
