Key Accountabilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage and develop distributors, dealers and key accounts.
Guide and monitor order bookers / territory sales officers.
Implement sales strategies, promotions and market plans.
Identifying market trends, competitors and prices.
Ensure that the products are available and visible in the market.
Checking secondary sales, collections and inventory.
Preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
Bachelor’s/Masters degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
