Key Accountabilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and key accounts
Lead, coach, and monitor Order Bookers / Territory Sales Officers
Execute sales strategies, promotions, and go-to-market plans
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
Monitor secondary sales, collections, and inventory
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
Bachelor’s/Masters degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
