Position: Assistant Manager Instrumentation & Automation

Key Accountabilities

• Troubleshoot and design logic for DCS (ABB 800xA), Siemens PLCs, and field instruments.
• Calibrate plant instrumentation and execute preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate major overhauls, shutdowns, and routine power plant activities.
• Enforce LOTO, work permits, and Boiler/Turbine safety interlock protocols.
• Supervise technical teams and manage inventory, documentation, and maintenance records.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• BSc. Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
• Ability to lead and engage high-performance team
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
