AUTOMATION EXECUTIVE

Experience & Industry Background:

• 5-7 years of experience in the manufacturing or processing industry, preferably in packaging.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems, industrial automation, control panels, LT/HT panels, cable trays, and industrial electrical work.

Core Responsibilities:

• Improving machine efficiency, managing and maintaining automation systems, and supporting smooth operations of high-speed machines.
• Troubleshooting automation and electrical faults.
• Supporting machine changeovers and commissioning.
• Training technicians and operators.
• Achieving maintenance and automation targets through effective teamwork and problem-solving.

Educational Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering is required.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed printing equipment.
• Education: Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical, or 12 years of relevant technical education.
• Physical Requirements: Must possess good color vision and must not be color blind.
• Availability: Must be flexible for shift work.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Operating printing machines, checking print quality, and adjusting color settings.
• Operations: Optimizing OEE of printers in the can-making line.
• Maintenance: Managing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership: Leading shift resources and coordinating with teams.
• Safety: Maintaining sound knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Performance: Driving continuous improvement to achieve KPIs and efficient size changeovers.
