Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of hotel IT infrastructure and systems

• Provide technical support for guest-facing technologies, including network services and digital platforms

• Manage and support back-office applications to ensure uninterrupted business operations

• Troubleshoot system, hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution

• Maintain system documentation, backups, and security standards
