Key Responsibilities and Required Experience

Applicants should have successfully managed major infrastructure projects involving the following areas:

1. STP and Sewage Pumping Station Projects

Experience managing Sewage Treatment Plants and Sewage Pumping Station projects is essential. Candidates should understand the technical and operational requirements involved in delivering wastewater infrastructure projects.

2. EPC and Design & Build Contracts

Candidates should have experience managing projects under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Design & Build contractual arrangements.

3. Engineering and Design Coordination

The role requires coordination of engineering activities and design deliverables to support project execution and ensure alignment with project requirements.

4. Procurement and Subcontractor Management

Applicants should have experience overseeing procurement activities and coordinating subcontractors to support project schedules and construction requirements.

5. Construction and Project Management

Candidates should be capable of managing construction activities and coordinating project stakeholders throughout the execution phase.

6. Client, Consultant, and Commercial Coordination

Experience handling client and consultant communications, commercial matters, and contractual requirements is an important part of the role.

7. Testing, Commissioning, and Final Handover

Preferred Candidate Profile
