Desert Group is hiring experienced professionals to join its Desert Landscape division as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor. This opportunity is suited to candidates with a strong background in construction or landscaping and experience managing the commercial aspects of projects.

The selected professional will contribute to project commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include supporting contract finalization, cost-to-complete reporting, site valuations, variation management, payment follow-up, and budget monitoring. The role also involves coordinating between project sites and head office to maintain accurate financial visibility and help protect contractual interests.

Job Requirements

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction or landscaping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project costing, contracts, valuations, and commercial management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and head office.
