Revenue & Receivables Accountant – Job Details

Position: Revenue & Receivables Accountant
Location: Yas Clinic, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi

The selected candidate will be involved in revenue accounting, accounts receivable management, insurance reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Revenue & Receivables Accountant will be responsible for several important accounting and reconciliation activities, including:

• Extracting and validating invoice and revenue data from the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Preparing and posting revenue accounting entries in Oracle.
• Reconciling accounts receivable for insurance and non-insurance customers.
• Performing detailed insurance reconciliations.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies related to insurance and receivables.
• Preparing reports covering AR, revenue, collections, and outstanding receivables.
• Following up on outstanding receivables and supporting collection activities.
• Coordinating with internal teams, customers, and insurance companies to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience and skills that match the requirements of the position. Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.

The preferred profile includes:

• Strong experience in insurance reconciliation and accounts receivable.
• Good knowledge of Oracle and HIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Healthcare or hospital accounting experience is preferred.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
