WeSource is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join its team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is suitable for professionals with strong B2B sales and business development experience who can generate corporate accounts and drive revenue growth across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will identify and close B2B sales opportunities while promoting outdoor advertising solutions, billboard spaces, and OOH media campaigns. The role involves building relationships with brand managers, marketing leaders, procurement teams, and senior corporate decision-makers.

Responsibilities also include generating leads through UAE B2B sales or business development cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events. Candidates will prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, maintain client relationships, and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements and Skills

Applicants should have a proven track record in , preferably within outdoor advertising, OOH media, billboard sales, or other high-value corporate services.

An established UAE corporate network is highly desirable. A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle will be an advantage. Strong negotiation, presentation, prospecting, CRM management, and client relationship skills are essential.
