• Handle employee exit processes**, such as clearance and final settlement.
• Assist in **HR audits and compliance reviews**.
• Manage employee benefits and company policies**.
• Prepare HR reports on **attendance, pay and employee records**.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events**.
• Provide **administrative support** to the HR department and management.

• Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in textile and manufacturing industry.
• Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coordination and organizational abilities
  • Employee relations and grievance handling skills
  • Performance management support capabilities
