Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• Experience: * 7+ years of progressive experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing
  • At least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that soap, shampoo and other personal care products are manufactured correctly and safely from start to finish.

     

  • The work plan is to produce the products on time and in the quantities needed to win.

     

  • To manage the factory team so that the work is done well, cheaply and in bulk.

     

  • Working closely with research, quality, supply and engineering teams.

     

  • Finding ways to improve daily operations to save money and make operations smoother

     

  • Following safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections and training.
