JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains safe and healthy factory
• Environmental regulations are followed.
• Implements HSE policies or SOPs.
• Conducts risk assessments and safety audits
• Conducts workplace inspections
• Incident investigations and corrective actions
• Conducts safety training and emergency drills
• Coordination with Production, Engineering and HR
• Maintains HSE records and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Safety Management

   

• 8-10 years of relevant experience

   

• Sugar or manufacturing industry experience (preferred)

   

• Knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards

   

• Understanding of safety and compliance rules

   

• Excellent communication skills

   

• Leadership skills
