Develop and execute category and brand marketing strategies to drive business growth, strengthen brand equity, and achieve short- and long-term objectives.
Lead annual marketing planning, innovation initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) while ensuring effective resource allocation and budget optimization.
Create and implement 360° marketing campaigns across Digital, PR, Creative, ATL/BTL, TVC/DVC, and retail channels to maximize brand impact.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight evaluations to identify opportunities, trends, and growth strategies.
Manage product launches, business case development, pricing strategies, packaging initiatives, and budget planning to support category expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, planning, retail, creative, and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare marketing performance reports.
Ensure alignment of all brand activities with brand guidelines, vision, and market objectives.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of successful brand management and marketing experience in FMCG, Retail, or Beauty Industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and brand development principles.
Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with various marketing channels.
