Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the social media content calendar from initial ideas through publishing. The role involves developing creative content concepts, campaigns, hooks, captions, and calls to action that connect with the target audience.

The Social Media Executive will research current trends and create relevant content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities also include coordinating with designers, videographers, editors, and internal teams to ensure content is completed and published on schedule.

The successful candidate will help create and coordinate Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, short-form videos, and LinkedIn content. They will also work closely with the video team on scripts and presenter-led content. Being comfortable appearing on camera and presenting when required is an important part of the role.

In addition, the candidate will monitor content performance, identify opportunities to improve engagement, and ensure that all published material remains accurate, professional, and aligned with the brand.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least one year of relevant social media experience in the UAE and practical knowledge of major social platforms. Strong content ideation, copywriting, communication, and coordination skills are required.

Candidates should be able to independently manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams. Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and AI content creation tools will be an advantage. Experience in business setup, corporate services, consultancy, or professional services is preferred.
