Senior Executive Dyeing Sampling

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all samples meet buyer specifications for shade and fastness properties.
• Coordinate with merchandisers and R&D for sample approvals and feedback.
• Physically review problematic lots in finishing and discuss corrective measures.
• Execute daily sampling operations.
• Analyze shade variations and identify root causes for discrepancies.
• Liaise with Lab, R&D and quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate with merchandisers regarding sample progress and RTC dates.
• Troubleshoot dyeing issues and ensure RFT results.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering.
• 4-7 years of experience in dyeing department, preferably in knit fabric or garment dyeing units.
• Proficiency in shade matching and use of spectrometer/ data color systems.
• Strong knowledge of reactive, disperse and vat dyeing processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
