Position Title: Legal Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and project rules are followed.
• Advising management on operations and risks.
• Handling disputes, claims and contract work.
• Liaising with regulators and government offices (Nepra, PPIB, CPPAG).
• Managing O&M contracts, fuel supply, logistics, insurance and vendor contracts.
• Following laws and regulations (Companies Act, Nepra Act etc.).
• Supporting Dina in tariff changes and force majeure claims.
• Coordinating with court cases, arbitrations and lawyers.
• Taking care of board and company rules and compliance.
• Checking and drafting service agreements, vendor contracts, leases and facility agreements.
• Follows local municipal, environmental and safety regulations.

Professional Experience & Education Credentials Required

• 5-7 years of legal experience.
• Experience in twelve infrastructure or power projects.
• Experience in multi-million dollar financing and regulatory approvals.
• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• LLM is preferable.
• License to practice in High Courts.
• Certification in international human rights or corporate law is a plus point.

Core Competencies

• Manages plant operations contracts.
• Comply with laws and regulations and report.
• Monitor risks and claims.
• Negotiate and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintain company rules and governance.

Additional Details

• Languages: Fluent in English & Urdu (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
• Location: Karachi Office.
