Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in line with the vision and values of The Renaissance Education System (TRES).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication and engagement.
- Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and the smooth functioning of daily school operations.
- Manage student admissions, records, assessments, transfers, and attendance.
- Handle official correspondence and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Lead curriculum implementation and coordinate academic activities with teaching staff.
- Organize staff meetings and support continuous academic improvement.
- Prepare school calendars, class timetables, and co-curricular activity schedules.
- Arrange professional development and training programs for staff members.
- Support students’ academic progress and personal development.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping across all school departments.
