Regional Manager Service – South

🎓 Qualification: Bachelors Automotive/Mechanical Engineering/Business or a related field.
🛠 Experience: 3-5 years of experience in automotive or relevant field

💼 Responsibilities:

• Implement Aftersales strategy to ensure customer retention, service profitability and workshop improvement
• Manage field, technical and warranty teams for all dealerships
• Achieve Aftersales (spare parts and service) targets
• Train Aftersales teams in accordance with REVOO policies
• Provide soft skills training to dealership frontline and back office staff
• Review and improve warranty claims process
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer and company warranty standards
• Assist service team in resolving warranty or technical issues
• Implementing Dealer Aftersales Compliance Program to improve operational efficiency and dealer motivation
