Position : General Manager Sales & Marketing (Corporate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven General Manager (GM) of Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve market positioning. The candidate must have links & connections within the government contractors, i.e. Public Health Commission, GHQ, Army Housing, Chinoy Engineering, etc. & will support the General Manager in the formulation of policies and lead teams to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance brand presence.

Job Requirements

• Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience Required: 5–6 Years experience in corporate sector. At least 2 Years in similar capacity.
• Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
• Create and manage sales targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote products/services and strengthen brand identity.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation within the department.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
