Position: Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing & PR

Job Description:

Urbansole is looking for an energetic Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing & PR to join our team and lead impactful marketing initiatives for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management: Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns in line with the approved marketing calendar.
2. Content Strategy: Develop engaging storytelling content highlighting Urbansole’s comfort, craftsmanship, and fashion appeal.
3. Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn through creative posts, reels, and influencer collaborations.
4. Communication Partners: Act as a liaison between the brand and communication partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
5. Budget Management: Track and manage monthly marketing budgets and allocations within approved limits.
6. Creativity & AI Tools: Utilize AI-based software to create organic and innovative content.
7. Production Experience: Independently handle campaign productions with strong execution skills.
8. Leadership Support: Act as a proxy for the HOD when required and demonstrate ownership and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing & PR.
• Strong creative and strategic mindset.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based content tools.
• Sound knowledge of campaign production.
• Self-driven, responsible, and proactive.
• Must have own transport for commuting.

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & PR.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
