TPL Developments is looking for a highly competent, detail-oriented, and experienced finance professional to join its growing team as a Senior Finance Officer at its Karachi office. This role is ideal for individuals with strong financial reporting expertise, hands-on taxation knowledge, and experience in managing banking and payment operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Position Details

• Job Title: Senior Finance Officer

• Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan

• Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• ACCA / CA (Part Qualified) candidates will be preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar finance or accounting role

• Experience in corporate finance, real estate, or large organizations will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements from trial balances in accordance with accounting standards

• Manage income tax and sales tax matters, including calculation, filing, and payment processing

• Generate, manage, and process PSIDs efficiently and accurately

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure correctness and completeness of financial records

• Process bank payments through online banking portals and coordinate with banks to resolve payment-related issues

• Maintain proper financial documentation, records, and supporting schedules

• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

• Support management with financial data, reports, and analysis as required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles

• Sound knowledge of taxation laws and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

• Strong coordination and communication skills
