TERRITORY SALES OFFICERS (Faisalabad / Sargodha)

Role Overview The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales performance within the assigned territory by executing effective sales strategies and ensuring strong market presence. The role involves planning, directing, and implementing sales programs to achieve or exceed territory sales targets.

• Make a sales plan and target poor.

   

• Proper use of sales resources.

   

• Go to the market, check competitors and not look for customers.
• Team up with marketing to come up with new products and promotions that actually grab attention.

   

• Keep things smooth with distributors and retailers. Those relationships matter.

   

• Track your sales and keep your boss in the loop.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of route-to-market, distribution management, and retail operations.
