Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Head Office Lahore

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing the training recruitment process for technical roles

   

• Working with hirers to understand leadership responsibilities and team management

   

• Finding candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals

   

• Performing initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications

   

• Initiating and coordinating interviews

   

• Keep candidate data updated in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

   

• Make offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding

   

• Build a strong candidate pipeline for future opportunities

   

• Keep records up to date with technology recruitment and the latest trends

HR Operations Support

• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees

   

• Support in maintaining employee records and personnel files

   

• Keep employee data accurate by liaising with payroll and HRIS

   

• Facilitate common HR processes such as confirmation, probation follow-up, and employee letters

   

• Help prepare basic reports and data for HR metrics

Qualification and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree: in HR, Business, Computer Science or related field

   

• 2–4 years of experience: in technical or IT recruitment (in-house or agency)

   

• Recognition of technical job roles and terminology (e.g. JavaScript, DevOps, QA, etc.)

   

• Strong communication and people-building skills

   

• Experience in sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, and Boolean Search

   

• It is an added bonus to have an ATS software as a practical result.
