Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Head Office Lahore
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Managing the training recruitment process for technical roles
Working with hirers to understand leadership responsibilities and team management
Finding candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
Performing initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications
Initiating and coordinating interviews
Keep candidate data updated in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Make offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future opportunities
Keep records up to date with technology recruitment and the latest trends
HR Operations Support
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees
Support in maintaining employee records and personnel files
Keep employee data accurate by liaising with payroll and HRIS
Facilitate common HR processes such as confirmation, probation follow-up, and employee letters
Help prepare basic reports and data for HR metrics
Qualification and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree: in HR, Business, Computer Science or related field
2–4 years of experience: in technical or IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
Recognition of technical job roles and terminology (e.g. JavaScript, DevOps, QA, etc.)
Strong communication and people-building skills
Experience in sourcing tools: LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, and Boolean Search
It is an added bonus to have an ATS software as a practical result.
